Grace Academy is an 11-19 all-ability Academy serving a lively and dynamic community in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham. The Academy opened in September 2006 and is an exciting multi-million pound school with outstanding buildings and state of the art learning facilities.

We believe that learning is at ‘the heart’ of all we do. The Academy has a unique curriculum, personalised to meet the needs of our students, with innovative approaches to learning and a wide variety of academic and vocational courses and programmes of study available to our students. This, together with high quality teaching and outstanding facilities in all curriculum areas, makes the Academy a real centre of excellence for its students.

The Academy is a specialist Business and Enterprise college and teaches business and entrepreneurial skills to all students at all ages. We have close partnerships with local business, industry and commerce and prepare our students for the world of work.

Grace Academy sees the value of all our students and seeks to produce well rounded individuals with a real sense of values and standards, who will contribute to and succeed in modern society. The Academy is founded on Christian Values and Standards and our ethos pervades all the work we do. The Academy serves the whole community by partnering local community groups, activities and developments and hosting a range of out-of-hours activities, social classes, evening classes and community functions.
