Grace Academy is governed by the Governing Board of Directors (Trustees). The Governing Board is responsible for the corporate Governance of Grace Academy. The Directors have legal duties for the charity and are responsible for the strategic direction and policy for the group of Academies within the Trust. Directors determine the strategic framework, scheme of delegation, scope of sub-committees (LGB's), executive functions and senior appointments.
