Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

The ELT is the Management Board responsible for the corporate leadership & management of the group of Academies on behalf of the Governing Board. The ELT focus on corporate strategy across the Academies in key functional activities:

Educational Strategies including E-Learning and Lead Lesson Integration and approaches to CfL & BfL, Training & Development
Operations & Finance, including: HR support, staff structures, Facility Management & ICT
Generic Policies, Systems and Procedures

CEO Stephen Chase chairs the Executive Leadership Team, which includes the following Directors and Principals:

The ALT is responsible for the local leadership and management of the Academy on behalf of the Local Governing Body, within the strategic framework set by the Governing Board and ELT. ALT has responsiblity and accountability in the local context for:

Educational Standards, delivery of Teaching & Learning, Curriculum and Timetable
CfL/BfL Implementation
Staffing including Management, Recruitment, Training and PMR
Student Assessment and Results
Attendance
Parent and Community Liasion
